Meditation
Meditation is a pleasant and calming way of coming into contact with the spiritual consciousness. To meditate, find a quiet place to sit and try to allow all of the thoughts entering your mind to leave your mind as casually as they entered. In this harmonious state your body and mind are able to realign with one another.
The physical and the non-physical (spiritual or energetic) body are connected. An ensemble that is made up of solid matter, liquids, gasses and plasma. They are represented in the 5 Elements. There is a balance between the 5 Elements. If this balance is interrupted, the body cannot function well. The different treatment methods of Saddhu Ram Giri are aimed at restoring balance.
In order to restore this balance Saddhu Ram needs your permission and involvement during the session – you are, after all, both entering into a connection together, one that you will experience both physically and spiritually. Those who have entered into meditation with Saddhu Ram speak of a healing experience from which they received energy to restore and guard their own health. There are many ways in which healing or self-healing can take place. Meditation is the best method, according to Saddhu Ram. You are, in fact, actually your own healer.
A private session with Saddhu Ram Giri takes approximately 30 minutes.
