Self-Realization Meditation
We all have unsolved issues and old memories we keep running into. We need a mirror to identify these quiet moments. You yourself are this mirror. Many people around us recognize us through this mirror, for good or for bad. We as humans react to our environment. Events and expectations have a strong influence on us. By reflecting on our reaction to our environment we learn to understand more about ourselves.
If we are not aware of the ‘materialistic’ automatism, our life is not in our own hands, but in that of those who devise the systems.
Self-realization meditation takes time and is best pursued during a one day or multi-day training session.
During meditation you will be looking for your mirror. A confrontation during which you must learn to look yourself in the eye without excuses and without arguments.
